They repaired our 21 year old suburban. The repair failed shortly after we got the vehicle back. They went out of their way to honor their warranty, find the underlying problem, and get our vehicle back to us. It's running great now.
People that work there is so very nice and they give you a warm welcome too. A very nice place to have service done on your,vehicle.
My family and I were very blessed to walk away from a flat tire that was caused by poorly installed brakes at home in New Jersey. The bolts came off the caliper and the caliper ripped open the tire as we were getting off the exit. We were able to get to BP and eventually towed to Monro. It was near closing time and they were fully booked the next morning but Rick assured me he would get us on the road safely as soon as possible. Although it wasn't easy finding parts in such a short time he got us back on the road by 3pm and charged us a fair amount when we all know there are a lot of mechanics that would've tried to take advantage of the situation. Thanks Rick and his crew for getting us back on the road safely and quickly.
Some prices are good and some are not. Kind of slow also. If your looking for a oil change stop here.
