Was looking to get my daughter into gymnastics. but with this being the only place near us we won't be able to do it. Not able to pay an arm an leg for her to do this on such a low income. Is there any other places in the area that do gymnastics?
Many escalating and hidden costs/fees. The other one-star reviews are spot on. One of the owners is very unprofessional and very judgemental. When we withdrew, I was very upset that our 9-year old daughter (and all other parents) was present when said manager remarked that my wife was a "bad mother". We also had witnessed several other families exit the business with similar public displays. Unfortunately, Google does not have a -1 star.
My experience with this place was not so bad at the beginning but once you don't do the things they want you to do your child doesn't matter anymore. They are very loud and rude with negative comments about children and parents. Not to mention the cost of things is outrageous. I wouldn't recommend this Gym to anyone unless you like to be verbally abused and bashed on social media. As parents we do things for our children and we like to see them happy there is not a lot of happiness here when the coaches yell at you when you get hurt or are unsure of things. When you think it's fun to make a bunch of little girls cry then you should consider a different business.
If you are looking for a caring, nurturing environment for your young child, this is not the place. The coaches are impatient with chikdren who are scared of certain skills or events. Also, expectations for merchandise and events they expect you to pay for is not made clear when you sign the contract when your child starts classes. They also do not offer a free class to see if your child will even like the class.
Really enjoyed watching my daughter learn gymnastics but customer service was less than professional and communication was terrible. Extra costs were not disclosed until the end. Because of my experience, I will not be recommending this business.
