They are a great company. I have delt with them for years and will stay with them for a while. Home and auto policies are all with them.
Reasonably fast service, but the attitude of the desk clerk was obnoxiously condescending. I expect better for the fees they charge. If I wanted to spend $50 to be spoken down to for half an hour I'd take my in-laws to lunch!
Great service. The staff is very knowledgeable and will do anything for you. Have dealt with them for a while and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. On top of all of that, with the companies that they offer, they always have the best price.
